CLASS OFFERINGS
GPP FITNESS
Each workout builds onto the last. We go to great lengths to ensure you'll gain all of the useful benefits of balanced, coordinated exercise. By Friday of each week (assuming you showed up and put out M-Th) you are done! If you do this consistently, like every week, you'll gain all of the benefits of Optimal Health, Fitness and Appearance.
BARRE FITNESS
This is hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements ballet inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance & strength training.
YOGA
For thousands of years, the Yoga system was taught to help purify the body and mind, so that a practitioner can burn karma and awaken their soul.
BODY PUMP
Face paced… Full body workout using weighted dumbbells. The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast!
HIGH FITNESS
Intense Interval Training. All-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
TRX FITNESS
(Total-Body Resistance Exercise) TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX focuses on strengthening your core using suspension straps, gravity & body weight.
PRIVATE TUMBLING LESSONS
Hailee has over 18 years of experience in the sport of gymnastics and over 8 years of coaching tumblers of all levels. From basic fundamentals to back tucks and aerials, our private tumbling lessons are perfect for any aspiring dancer, cheerleader, or gymnast. SPINNING
High energy, heart pumping & fun. Spinning is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you. Beginners are welcome at all classes. We’ll fit your bike and get you started so you feel comfortable.
