If you are not listed in a group, either it was not intentional and you will be part of Group 1 or Group 2, or, you are what we call part of Group 3 as defined below.

RAC AC LLC ceased normal business operations in Utah toward the end of August 2025. CABIOS Athletic Company, LLC, of Florida, the Owner, is in charge of settling all debts with RAC AC LLC former members and employees.

We are working on updates to this page! Group names for refunds will be reposted soon but have not changed from our previous posting. Unless you have been told you are in Group 3 by CABIOS, you are in the group originally assigned.

CABIOS wants to say THANK YOU to those that have been patient! In fact, GRATITUDE to those that have been supportive in either sending positive emails in tone or remaining completely silent (at least to us). We are aware of every single member of RAC AC LLC due a refund. THANK YOU to all that have been patient!

We know there is a lot of FRUSTRATION out there because of all the changes on dates and times. We have had some glitches here. Sincerest apologies on the wait.

To those that have sent us emails, voicemails, or texts mocking, being condescending, making personal insults toward personnel, being manipulative, etc, about the daily changes (or making other defamatory remarks), you will be in Group 3.

Everyone in Group 1-we are still working on getting Group 1 totally funded out asap. Sincerest apologies. We will keep you posted here.
